A steep climb through greenery

Posted in Photoblog on 2009-05-14 12:32:31 by Rob Porter.

This has been a particularly challenging week, and I'll have to be short, today.

I took these while we were out hiking near Waterdown, on trails that really feel like you're nowhere near civilization. The drowning out of auto-noises by a local waterfall provided a not-so-subtle but still serene audio cleansing.

If the scene looks a bit off, well, it is, sort of. This is actually a fairly steep hill, not a fish-eye lense or such.

Certainly presents a beautiful challenge.

If only I had the attention for it at the moment.

Other beautiful challenges demand attention first, however.
