Since the advent of "Web 2.0", also known as the social web, the focus of online media has shifted to user-generated content that theorectically allows open dialogue between visitor and author, and visitor and visitor.

But how often is the dialogue seen in "comments" or "feedback" actually constructive and conducive to learning to understand others?
